[為食派] 千層麵 Lasagna

材料很像好多, 但做法簡單, 基本上肉醬的部分是把材料都放進鍋內然後加調味料! 肉醬也可預先一日煮好, 用作弄肉醬意粉亦可!
有什麼派對聚會時可煮給一大班人吃! 你都試下啦!
Great party food, comfort food, crowd-pleasing food! Meat sauce can be made well ahead of time and can be used for spaghetti as well. How hard is it to throw all the ingredients into a dutch oven and let it simmer for hours?

千層麵 Lasagna
份量: 1個 13 x 9 的焗盤 For a 13 x 9 baking dish
材料 Ingredients:

意大利甜腸 Sweet Italian Sausage 450g
免治牛肉 minced ground beef 340g
洋蔥1個 one onion about 90g
蒜頭 2粒 2 pieces
番茄 2個 two tomatoes
番茄膏 tomato paste 312g
番茄醬汁 tomato sauce 426g
水 water 120ml (½ cup)
糖 sugar 1-2 湯匙 tablespoons
新鮮羅勒/乾羅勒 fresh basil leaves/dried basil leaves 1+ ½ 茶匙teaspoons
茴香籽 fennel seeds ½ 茶匙 teaspoon
意大利香料 Italian seasoning 1 茶匙 teaspoon
鹽 1 茶匙 teaspoon
黑胡椒粉 ground black pepper ¼ 茶匙teaspoon
月桂葉 bay leaf 3片pieces
碎意大利香莞 chopped parsley 2 湯匙 tablespoons
千層麵片 Lasagna noodles 12片 pieces

里考塔芝士 ricotta cheese 450g
蛋 egg 1隻
碎意大利香莞 chopped parsley 2 湯匙 tablespoons
帕馬森芝士 parmesan cheese 230 grams
水牛芝士 mozzarella cheese 230 grams
